What you'll do
Own paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn
Build and ship content programs (blog, video, case studies)
Own attribution and pipeline reporting
What we're looking for
5+ years in B2B growth roles
Hands-on with Meta / TikTok ad managers
Track record hitting pipeline targets
Nice to have
Experience selling to SMBs in East Africa
